About Rich Noland

Rich NolandRich Noland received his Ph.D. from Oregon State University in 1981. Since that time he has spent 12 years as a Professor of Management teaching both graduate and undergraduate courses in Economics, Management, Statistics, Marketing, and Systems Organizational Analysis. He has had articles related to performance review and strategic planning published in Management Solutions, Management Quarterly, Director, Employee Services, and Information Strategies. Rich has also been a guest lecturer at such schools as Golden Gate University in San Francisco, The Center for Theological Inquiry at Princeton, and the University of Southern California. He has also been the keynote speaker at several professional association annual conferences including California Bankers Association. He has served on the Board of Directors of Balboa Capital, and was on the Advisory Board of Entelsa, an international company headquartered in Mexico City. He is also on retainer as an advisor to several CEO's.   He started a company that specializes in HR outsourcing (HRCentral) that has clients from Everett, Washington to San Diego, California.  He also started a company that specializes in document security and its on line secure system is used by over one million people in over 140 countries (most of them attorneys).
